AIPC APEX Award, 2020

The international association of congress centres, AIPC, has five-time named Kongresskultur Bregenz one of the three best congress centres in the world.
Kongresskultur Bregenz made it into the top three as early as 2004, 2010, 2016 and 2018. The APEX Award, conferred by the association biennially, is based on customer surveys.

This year Kongresskultur Bregenz shared second place with the Convention Centre in Brisbane, AUS. Winner of the APEX Award was the congress centre in Ottawa, Canada.

Very high customer satisfaction

The criteria of the customer survey are event organization from initial contact to follow-up, technical infrastructure, know-how and service. In these areas, Kongresskultur Bregenz achieves top values and takes the place of a "top performer". The high quality of service and the professionally acting employees, who were classified as attentive, helpful, flexible and solution-oriented, were also positively highlighted.

"The award has great significance for us, as it reflects the high level of satisfaction of our customers in an unfiltered way," says a delighted Director Gerhard Stübe. "It is an award for the high level of consulting competence of our employees. That also spurs us on for the future."
