Lakeside conference – Nutrition 2019
The Nutrition congress took place at Bregenz Festival House from 16 to 18 May 2019. The three-country convention had already been held once at the Bregenz lakeside venue, in 2015. The theme this year was “Nutrition – certainty in a state of flux”.

About 700 attendees discussed various aspects of nutrition. The varied programme of talks was aimed above all at medical professionals, dietitians and nutritionists.
A trade show was organised in the light-flooded foyers between the lecture rooms. There, 109 exhibitors presented their products and services to interested visitors.
The newly initiated forum Next Generation communicated some basic knowledge to young attendees, opening up the multifaceted field of nutrition for them.
