When planning your conference, you can count on our versatile building, which is also situated in a prime location right on the shores of Lake Constance. You can choose from 23 rooms, which can be individually laid out and are equipped to the highest technological standard. Many of them open onto the Lake, affording an uninterrupted view of the fabulously inspiring surroundings. You are guaranteed a pleasant working environment filled with natural light.

The rooms can be combined according to your requirements: hire the Plenary Chamber as your main conference room, break-out rooms for preparation work or taking a break between agenda items, and workshop rooms for intensive, undisturbed smaller group work. Competent staff

The conference centre employs around 80 people, all professionals in their field: production artists with festival experience, who will show your conference in a perfect light; experienced project managers who will ensure that everything not only runs smoothly, but is also accomplished with the necessary level of glamour and professionalism; personal, dedicated account managers who will listen to your requirements and are in constant communication with all areas of the conference centre – and also with our cooperation partners in Bregenz and the Lake Constance-Vorarlberg area.

Thanks to the Pfänder cable car, Lake Constance Cruises, Kunsthaus Bregenz, the provincial theatre and the new Vorarlberg museum, Bregenz now has a wide range of traditional attractions to provide incentives and supporting programmes for conferences. Last but not least, the region has enough hotel beds to cater for international events in the Lake Constance metropolis. The region can welcome up to 2,400 conference delegates.

Back in Bregenz Festival House, you can also enjoy the culinary delights of the Lake Constance region. Because part of the conference centre’s corporate philosophy is the Green Meeting concept, which also affects the Kongresskultur Bregenz’s catering menu – in the form of organic, seasonal produce from the immediate vicinity, turned into delicious dishes with great creativity and attention to detail.
