Morning light and mountain panorama
The Bodensee Room owes its unique architectural character to its colour: it is completely white – a classic white cube, meaning that the focus is entirely on your event. Tables, stages and people are displayed to particularly striking effect.
The only "distraction" comes from outside: the room’s large glass façade affords an uninterrupted view of the Platz der Wiener Symphoniker and the distinctive "Ready Maid" sculpture at its centre.

Convenient, flexible seminar room
Three in one – the Bodensee Room can be divided flexibly into two or three spaces by means of two partition walls to create several seminar, rehearsal or training rooms. With an initial size of 21 by 14 metres and a height of 2.8 metres, a variety of seating options are available. Up to 315 people can be accommodated theatre-style, with banquet and conference-style seating also available.
Thanks to its east-facing orientation, the room is illuminated by morning sunlight, providing perfect conditions for conferences, meetings and lectures. This adaptable room is also suitable as a break-out room. No matter how you use the Bodensee Room, you can always take advantage of the glass façade—which can be completely darkened—and its three entrances, which also provide separate access to the individual seminar rooms.
The standard technical equipment provides the best conditions for a successful event: using the dimmable lighting, you can create a suitable atmosphere at the touch of a button. Concealed ceiling speakers fill the Bodensee Room with the background music of your choice. There are numerous connection points for monitors, projectors and sound equipment. If required, your Event Manager will provide you additional mobile equipment.
