If you’re looking for a room with that certain something, then Seefoyer (Lake Foyer) glass façade affords an uninterrupted view of the Festival’s impressive Floating Stage, the Bay of Bregenz, the surrounding mountains and the island town of Lindau. When the four large sliding glass doors are also open and there is a fresh lake breeze, you have the feeling of being on an open terrace. The light maple decor and stately room height of six metres also contribute to the airy, spacious feeling.

Thanks to its sleek lines, the room radiates modern flair. Its wall-to-wall glass façade can be electrically shaded or darkened. If required, the room can be extended to create a second foyer by means of moveable partition walls, making it ideal for corporate events, meetings and conferences with supporting exhibitions or fairs. As with the entire floor, suppliers and exhibitors can access the room via the six metre-deep goods lift. There is plenty of space for vehicles, from cars to vans. A convenient feature for all those arriving by boat is its proximity to the landing stage on Lake Constance.

Are you planning a banquet? Then you will appreciate the Foyer’s direct access to a separate dining area and dumbwaiter to the main kitchen. With an area of 33 by 7 metres, Seefoyer can accommodate up to 300 people. Mobile ceiling spotlights in the entrance area instantly transform it into an attractive exhibition or hospitality room.  


The standard technical equipment provides the best conditions for a successful event: using the dimmable lighting, you can create the right atmosphere at the touch of a button. Concealed ceiling speakers fill the room with the background music of your choice. Connection points for monitors, projectors and sound equipment are available throughout the Seefoyer. If required, your Event Manager will provide you additional mobile equipment.
