About 700 people took part in this business event, held for the first time, which explored mental resilience, staff motivation, new leadership, achieving one’s potential, and related issues. The organisers of the successful event series Female Future Festival decided to tackle the sensitive topic and invited inspiring experts to the Lake Constance location.
The attendees found a multifacated programme on three stages – the Main Stage, the Business Stage and the Health & Mind Stage. The successful combination of inspiration, information, entertainment and networking made it possible for the participants to experience the festival in their own individual way.
There was plenty of scope for interaction between the attendees in the Expo Area with the Networking Lounge. The exhibition area was designed with careful attention to detail and won over visitors with its strong feel-good factor. The Health & Mind theme was the connecting thread throughout the entire event. There was even a Relax Area, which met with a positive response. Day care for kids was also provided.
